Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate will include litigation prep and support for senior attorneys. Should have 1+ years of family law practice. Should have some experience with routine casework and litigation including contested court hearings/trials, mediations, meeting and signing new clients, drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, orders, decrees, deeds, court appearances, and client services. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas. Should have a desire to litigate and learn, open and positive mindset, motivation to grow, the ability to function in high-conflict and high-stress situations with confidence and grace. Should be reliable and highly productive, team-player, friendly and empathetic, tactful communicator with a sense of humor. Experience with Clio, Westlaw Form Builder, Texas Family Law Practice Manual, and Excel is a plus.
