Dallas Attorney The candidate will act as the first point of contact with retained clients. Proactively and efficiently manage cases from beginning to end. Best client services, ensuring clients are up to date on the status of their case and feel informed about their options. Thoroughly document case progress through defined processes, as well as help develop those processes in response to client needs. Review, organize and analyze client documents and document production. Review pleadings and other legal documents. Meet with mentoring attorneys to regularly share information and define strategy. Sit the first chair on family law hearings and trials. Participate in marketing activities to promote the Firm and professional development. Should be licensed in Texas; 3+ years of family law experience. Solid understanding of the Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with superior attention to detail. Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to learn and utilize new software, technology, and techniques as needed to meet the changing demands of the legal marketplace. Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
