Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years experience in defense of property insurance claims litigation. Prior trial experience is preferred. Strong, analytical skills and effective communication skills (verbal and written) are required. Prior motion hearing experience, fact and expert witness deposition experience necessary. Prior civil trial experience is preferred, but not absolutely required. Senior defense attorneys that have experience in defending first party insurance litigation are ideal candidates for partnership track.
