Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will require direct contact with clients, providers, opposing counsel, etc; will be highly organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and a team player. Should preferably have High school or equivalent. Should have paralegal experience of 2+ years. Should preferably have legal research experience (Lexis Nexis or Westlaw); Personal Injury experience, trial works or Case Management System knowledge, and Performing written discovery. Use of State local filing systems; federal filings a plus.
