Immigration Paralegal or Law Clerk The candidate should have Juris Doctor. Conduct legal research for immigration cases. Draft legal briefs for immigration cases. Draft legal memos regarding immigration issues involving potential clients. Communicate with supervising attorneys in regards to case requirements and case management. Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and new precedent cases. Draft NOID, RFE, NOIR Responses. Work on PERM and H-1B cases. Experience in immigration law preferred.
