Immigration Paralegal The candidate duties include preparing immigration Forms and letter for employment-based and family-based cases. Must be: Bilingual: English-Chinese, especially a good writing skill. Cantonese speaking is preferred. Must be a good team worker. Prior professional experience is a must. Immigration paralegal experience is a plus. Must have work authorization (not under H-1B/TN/OPT/CPT in F-1 status).
