Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage personal injury litigation files from start to finish. Draft and respond to discovery Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations and trial. Schedule depositions and case hearings. Draft deposition summaries. Draft medical chronologies. Serve as the client's firm liaison. Experience handling personal injury litigation files from start to finish (strong preference given to candidates with truck litigation experience). Must have extensive experience filing case documents electronically in Federal and State Courts. Must have experience drafting pleadings and discovery responses. Should have stellar computer skills. Must have extensive knowledge of the Georgia Civil Practice Act and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Should have extensive experience filing cases in Georgia Federal and State Courts. Must have stellar communications skills (verbal and written). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
