Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist in the representation of businesses in matters related to Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Equipment Leasing and Finance Litigation, and Commercial Creditor Bankruptcy. Must have NC Bar license in good standing. Should have Worked in a private litigation practice, with a full understanding of the business. Must have aspects of managing a law practice. Must have 3+ years' experience in some mix of the above listed practice areas. Should have 5+ years practice experience in state, Federal, and/or bankruptcy courts. Dual licensed in NC and SC are required.
