Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will help workers who are injured on the job recover compensation for these injuries, including medical bills and lost wages. Handle a reasonable caseload with the assistance of experienced support staff and with the paperless case management system. Represent the interests of the injured workers at hearings and depositions. Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association with 1-2 years of relevant experience; working knowledge of workers compensation laws and procedures; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail; excellent hands-on computer skills; strong research and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skills; familiarity with case management software, Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe Pro, and other legal technology. Home Board will be San Francisco or Northern California venue choice.
