Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager The candidate will communicate and correspond with clients about case status and updates. File claims and gather documents such as medical records. Prepare demand packets. Day to Day task that is associated with personal injury cases. Draft legal documents such as correspondence and pleadings, discovery, preparing depositions, e-filing, etc. Client intake call, scheduling the clients, and managing the current case files. 1 year full time personal injury law firm experience is required. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
