White Collar Investigations Paralegal The candidate should have a strong academic record, is detail-oriented and pro-active. Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable prioritizing and balancing a variety of tasks assigned. Superior communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office and database applications a plus. Primary responsibilities: Document management including but not limited to review of documents, bates labeling, organization of documents and compiling information for discovery responses/pleadings/motions, assisting in coordinating scene examinations, witness investigation, and trial preparation; Develop systems to track information and assist with document acquisition, organization, review and analysis; Compile information from various sources, analyze and clearly report detailed findings using charts, statistics and other tools; Review documents for content; Utilize computer databases to organize, store and access information; conduct basic research on LEXIS, Westlaw and other online computer assisted research databases; Large case management, including electronic file management; A four year college degree is required.
