Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Providing excellent legal service to our clients is our calling. As one of the state's largest personal injury law firms, we have the experience and resources to fight the good fight. Forty percent of our team has been with us for more than five years. Many exciting things are on the horizon, and we hope you ll consider joining us. In a typical day a litigation paralegal will be responsible for performing all case management duties including reviewing, summarizing and organizing medical records, tracking and monitoring medical bills, payments, and liens, gathering and organizing documents for discovery responses, depositions, mediations and trial and drafting pleadings and discovery responses. Other typical paralegal duties include communicating with adjusters, attorneys, medical providers, experts and the courts, drafting correspondence and pushing cases forward in the process. Additionally, a litigation paralegal will attend certain trials to provide paralegal support. Should have 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience and/or a paralegal certificate is preferred.
