Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have knowledge of plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractice and employment cases, on both State and Federal Levels. Should be able to draft all pleadings, including summons and complaint, bills of particulars, responses, demands, No-Fault applications. Familiarity with Smart Advocate is a huge plus. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 5 years (Preferred). E-filing. Work closely with attorneys to make sure all deadlines are complied with. Communication with clients. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus. Familiarity with Smart Advocate is a huge plus. High school or equivalent (Preferred).
