Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting, formatting, and finalizing pleadings, motions, and discovery (with appropriate attorney supervision). Label and file documents. Communicating with clients and courts. Calendaring events. Assisting attorneys with all aspects of day-to-day litigation management. 3 years experience in litigation is needed and experience in debt collection work is ideal. Being a licensed paralegal is preferred but not required.
