Attorney The candidate will generate litigation-finance opportunities in connection with pending or potential litigation prosecuted in the EU and Great Britain. Evaluate each opportunity. Structure those opportunities we approve. Close those opportunities we approve. Monitor investment in each opportunity we approve. Report to partners and domestic and foreign investors regarding the status of our investment in each opportunity we approve. The candidate must have received a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited US law school, and, a law degree from one or more of the EU or Great Britain. Must be licensed to practice law, and be a member in good standing, in both the US and one or more countries in the EU or Great Britain. Must have lived in one or more countries in the EU or Great Britain for more than 5 years. Must have prior litigation experience in one or more countries in the EU or Great Britain. Prior military service is preferred.
