Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) The candidate should have college degree and 3 years of litigation experience. Typing skills - in excess of 70 wpm will be needed. Should have strong communication skills - ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients, court staff and co-workers. Should have knowledge of rules - local, federal and state court rules and filing procedures. Mastery of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint needed. Should have strong organizational skills, and demonstrate an ability to work on multiple important projects at the same time.
