Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate should have Knowledge of state and federal rules of civil procedure. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a secretary at a law firm. Experience with e-filings in state and federal courts, docketing, document review and exhibit preparation. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, IManage and ProLaw. Candidate should be detail-oriented as well as comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced and team-structured setting.
