Patent Attorney The candidate will work for an intellectual property law firm. Should have experience in all aspects of semiconductor inventions. Versatility in other technical areas is a plus. 2+ years of patent prosecution experience is preferred. Outstanding writing ability is required. Strong Mandarin language skills are a plus. EE and JD Degrees are required. Must be in good standing with any state Bar. Registered to practice before the USPTO is required.
