Bilingual Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate will schedule, discover, draft pleadings, file, translate, and monitor correspondence and attorney e-mails. Experience with Florida workers' compensation claims, including settlement documentation, timekeeping, and filing Petitions for Benefits, would be helpful. Must have 1 year of Paralegal and relevant experience is preferred. Bilingual - English and Spanish speaking is a must. Should have strong computer skills, be detail-oriented, have compassion for our clients, and have a pleasant personality.
