Paralegal Candidate will be working on primarily plaintiff personal injury and worker comp cases. Responsibilities include ordering, organizing and summarizing medical records, completing plaintiff fact sheets, managing discovery in TrialWorks, updating clients on case status, docketing deadlines, etc. Must have 2+ years of experience in a litigation practice. Should also have excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel capabilities, the ability to work well both on a team and independently, be reliable and have a high attention to detail.
