Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate will primarily be working in the area of plaintiff foreclosure actions, but may work on cases in other areas of law. This position will handle matters from opening to close, and the hire will be expected to prepare motions, discovery, correspondence and payoff statements. Should have 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting, have general knowledge of the State Court electronic filing system, and can handle a large volume of work in a business but friendly atmosphere.
