Associate Attorney - Creditor Rights The candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to the filing of the action, including review of loan documents, financials and demand letters. Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions. Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations. Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements (as applicable). Should have a Juris Doctor degree and Bar Membership or Pending Bar Membership in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania; Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred. Should preferably have 1 year of experience as an Associate Attorney. Previous exposure to litigation and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure is a plus. Must have intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; Strong interpersonal skills. Should have the ability to work independently and must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. The ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence is needed. Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations is essential. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, produce accurate and high-quality work products in a fast-paced volume-based environment.
