Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will assist on all aspects of chapter 7, 13 and 11 filings, loss mitigation and litigation. Must demonstrate an ability to write business letters, court status reports, perform basic legal research and basic math, handle busy calendar management, resolve conflicts and perform all duties associated with bankruptcy filings for both personal and business bankruptcy cases. Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel. Bachelor's degree is required. Must have 2 years of experience.
