Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be preparing all legal documents including but not limited to pleadings and affidavits. Will be serving in all process medical authorizations and follow up for records. Obtain death certificates, and weather reports, when necessary. Prepare discovery responses and demands. Communicate with clients, counsel for defendants, insurance adjusters and scheduling appointments with medical doctors. Should have 1+ year of experience. Experience with Medical Records preferred. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact via phone and email essential. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks needed.
