Contract Family Law Paralegal The candidate Responsibilities will be: Discovery responses; Putting litigation documents together for trial; Drafting and filing pleadings; Draft notices of motion; Docket and calendar dates; Client interaction. Must have 2 years of current experience. Family law and litigation experience is preferred. Must be proficient in all areas of family law. Should have strong technical skills including MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be familiar with jurisdictions in Southern California.
