Bilingual Plaintiff's Workers' Compensation/Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have 1 year experience in either Plaintiff's W.C. or P.I., preferably in litigation, Must be able to type 50-60 WPM, Knowledge of Time Matters or case management software is preferred, Excellent customer service skills, Maintain the litigation calendar, which includes scheduling depositions, etc., Work as a team with individual responsibility for a case load of 50-75 cases, Must have experience preparing demand packages, drafting motions and pleadings, and, Excellent organizational and computer skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
