Corporate Attorney The candidate will be acting as the junior lawyer primarily responsible for diligence on M&A transactions, and also representing clients in connection with daily matters including commercial contracts. JD Degree and Georgia Bar is required. 1 plus year of transactional experience is a must. Prefer candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. 1+ year of experience performing transactional diligence and/or reviewing and drafting commercial contracts in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. The ability to multi-task and prioritize is also required.
