Part-time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including legal research and initial case assessment as well as drafting and maintaining pleadings, motions and discovery documents. Will also provide assistance with organizing exhibits, documents, evidence briefs and appendices. Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests and will gather relevant information during the discovery process. Must have an applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices, etc. Must have strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have superb writing/editing skills. Preferred bilingual Spanish. Should have 2 years of experience.
