Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join Personal Injury Law firm. Should have 3+ years experience as a Paralegal. Should have 1+ year experience using Electronic Filing in Georgia court systems. Should have personal Injury Experience. Should have case Management experience including, but not limited to, speaking with clients, maintaining calendars, assisting with discovery responses and coordinating depositions and mediations. Should have strong computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Will assist attorneys with litigation from case inception through trial. Communicate directly with clients regarding treatment status, doctor appointments, changes in medical care and/or work status, discovery responses, status updates and trial.
