Must be motivated and knowledgeable about legal procedures. Must understand and use technology well. Must want to be the best at being a trial paralegal. Must have excellent Microsoft skills, including OneNote, digital file organization. Be able to learn a legal filing system like FileVine. Must be able to use IPad trial programs. Must have good grammar, punctuation, spelling, proof reading skills. Must be able to hit the ground running.
