Creditors Rights Paralegal Candidate must have: High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree or paralegal certification (preferred); 3 years experience working in a professional office environment. 1+ year of bankruptcy experience; Previous experience in Pennsylvania mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy; Prior experience with Pennsylvania foreclosure and bankruptcy actions is preferred. Must be able to work well in a team and to assist others, but also be able to work independently; Extreme attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ideal candidates will be extremely well organized, and able to maintain a high volume of files; Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Knowledge of CaseAware, BlackKnight. Will be comfortable in a professional office atmosphere, possess excellent communication skills, be extremely detail oriented, and be willing to learn in a fast paced environment. Professional communication skills; Proficient writing and verbal skills, and the ability to proofread; The ability to work quickly, and accurately through a variety of tasks; Excellent time management skills, and the ability prioritize work according to deadlines; The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high work standard; A high work ethic.
