Title : Tax Credit Paralegal

Tax Credit Paralegal Duties include assisting in all facets of our Corporate real estate finance practice, including performing due diligence, formation and liquidation of limited liability companies or other entities, drafting resolutions and certificates, review of title commitments and surveys, preparation and resolution of objections contained in title and survey comment letters, preparation of real estate documents, coordination and facilitation of closings, follow-up with post-closing matters, and contact with clients. Bachelor s degree and paralegal certificate are preferred having 5 years experience with a law firm in a transnational practice group. Must have the ability to examine, evaluate and summarize large quantities of information. Familiarization with state filings (e.g., UCCs and certificates of formation and cancellation) is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills are necessary.
