Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate must have 3 years of experience in general Plaintiff litigation in state and federal court. Experience in employment and civil rights cases is a plus. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Should have excellent research and writing skills. Second chair trial experience is preferred and deposition experience required. Should have exceptional speaking, writing, analytical and research skills, and an ability to work well with us, as well as with clients and opposing counsel. Should be able to prepare pleadings and discovery with high degree of skill.
