Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience. The group focuses on complex commercial litigation for primarily tech and life sciences companies. Must have experience with case management, legal research and writing, discovery, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to written discovery and brief writing. A federal clerkship is preferred and a high level of motivation and initiative is required, as well as strong academic credentials and big law firm experience. California Bar required.
