Associate Attorney The candidate Should have 2-3 years of litigation experience for associate attorney positions on our litigation and trial-focused team defending complex commercial, first party insurance, personal injury, labor and employment, third party insurance, and professional liability matters. Work will include written discovery, pleadings, motions, fact investigation, depositions, hearings, trial and client reporting. Attention to detail and excellent research and writing skills are required. Full-time position available for immediate hire in Austin and McAllen offices. Competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.
