Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will learn family law, criminal law, immigration and civil litigation. Will draft pleadings and cover hearings all over Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Will be prepared for court and sent to litigate the cases. Will cover other attorney hearings and work closely with staff. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset. Must have Bar admission in PA and NJ.
