Commercial Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be reviewing and negotiating all documents with respect to commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, and leases and amendments, representing our clients in purchases and leasing of commercial properties. Reviewing title and other commercial real estate documentation. Interpreting or drafting leases and contracts. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and agreements for the purchase of franchised businesses. Review and provide advice to prospective franchisees regarding Franchise Disclosure Documents. Review and negotiate Franchise Agreements, Multi-unit Franchise Agreements, Area Development Agreements, and Master Franchise Agreements. Must have experience in Commercial Real Estate needed for Franchise practice.
