Estate Planning / Probate Paralegal The candidate will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Will assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Record and store client information. Should have previous experience as a paralegal. Must have familiarity with legal research. Ability to prioritize and multitask is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have experience in the following: Probating Wills; Dependent and Independent Administrations; Guardianship Proceedings; Small Estate Affidavits; Heirship Proceedings; and Drafting Wills, POAs, Trusts Agreements among other estate planning documents. Spanish language is required. 2+ years of experience is preferred.
