Legal Secretary The candidate should have ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, attorneys and staff. Should have strong verbal and written communication; Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills; and Reliability. One year minimum of workers compensation defense experience required; Typing 60 wpm is preferred; Transcription/dictation experience; Scheduling medical appointments and depositions; Editing/proofreading; EAMS filing experience preferred; Maintain calendar and diaries; Schedule travel arrangements. Administrative tasks associated with legal duties; and Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and familiarity with case management systems.
