Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in state and federal e-filing requirements. Should be proficient with deposition and trial preparation. Handle docketing and electronic calendaring software. Extensive experience with medical records required. Should be proficient with Rules 16 and 26. Knowledge of legal and medical terminology is needed. Should be able to type 70+ wpm.
