Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will help appear at Bankruptcy court hearings and settlement conferences. Will represent clients in court. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Handle appointments with clients and potential clients. Should be admitted in NY. Prior consumer bankruptcy law experience is needed. Familiarity with various legal documents is essential. Experience appearing at settlement conferences is a must. Should be, or willing to become, quickly admitted in Federal Court.
