Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist people injured in construction accidents to obtain maximum compensation for their claims, including height-related falls, defective construction equipment claims, injuries from construction vehicle accidents and catastrophic injury or death caused by construction machinery accidents. Assist individuals and families of those injured or killed in car or trucking accidents by providing the experience and commitment to recover maximum compensation for their claims. Represent clients in premises liability claims, including slip and fall, trip and fall, elevator accidents, burn injuries, inadequate security and dog bites. Represent individuals harmed by medical negligence, including: birth injury, surgical error, misdiagnosis and nursing home neglect. Spanish-Speaking a must.
