We are looking for a full time personal injury litigation paralegal. Responsibilities: Propounding and Responding to discovery Draft legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons and discovery Calendaring Filing lawsuits and drafting motions Qualifications: Qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as litigation paralegal in personal injury law. Must have knowledge of state filing and service procedures and court rules.
