Independent Attorney Contractor The candidate should have 1-2 years of law firm experience to work on a contract hourly basis on civil, family law, immigration, and some criminal law matters. Candidates must have familiarity with the various federal and state courts. Will also need to appear at mediation and hearings. Previous family immigration experience highly preferred. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a plus. Should have J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active law license. Must have excellent writer, strategic thinker, and strong communication skills.
