The founding partner fled big firm life to start a new boutique law firm, with an emphasis on litigation. Although very small, the work here is described as top of the line, and the firm has already played its part in some major antitrust disputes. The work here will be as good as the big guys, but you will be guaranteed more responsbility on a file, and the hours that such responsibility entails.
eDiscovery Attorney Candidate will provide full service support for antitrust and IP litigations and for matters before the DOJ, FTC and other government agencies. Must be barred in Washington, D.C. or be eligible to sit for the bar exam. Must have 3+ years of eDiscovery experience, including counseling case teams and clients regarding best practices for preservation, collection and review, vendor management and document production. Must have excellent project management skills and a strong commitment to internal and external client services. Direct experience with eDiscovery vendors, as well as familiarity with data analytics is required. Knowledge of privacy issues is a plus.
