Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years of legal experience, strong Word and Outlook skills, knowledge of ICCES, PACER, LexisNexis (Accurint and CoCourts). Knowledge of case management software is a plus. Candidate should have familiarity with litigation timelines. The job requires the ability to perform a variety of complex tasks including case management, research, discovery, and trial preparation. The candidate should have exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, be self-motivated, dependable, focused, and able to multi-task.
