Paralegal, Trial The candidate will be busy in Trial related matters. Will assist in the preparation of subpoenas, motions, discovery and discovery responses, document productions, deposition outlines and deposition exhibits, as well as maintenance of case files and research of court rules. It is crucial to have a strong track record of academic success and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A Bachelor s degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. Experience should include trial preparation and presentation experience. Should have knowledge of trial software including, Relativity, TextMap, and/or Trial Director. Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels within the organization and externally.
