Title : Immigration Paralegal

Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, visa applications. Will draft and prepare filings. Responsible for all aspects of case management including organization, maintenance and deadline tracking. Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws and practices. Arrange and compile DOL and CIS applications and supporting documents for filing. Liaison with relevant government agencies including UCIS, ICE, CBP, US Department of State and US Department of Labor. Addressing case status inquiries. Other duties as assigned by attorney(s). The candidate must have strong academic credentials, a strong interest in immigration practice, excellent skills, a strong client service aptitude and a willingness to accept constructive feedback. Should preferably have also have superior interpersonal, analytical and writing skills. Must have Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate. Must have 2+ years of recent experience as a business immigration paralegal. Must have experience in drafting and preparing filings for H1B, L1, E2, E3 and TN petition/application packets and must have experience with PERM cases. Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
