Senior Paralegal - Immigration Law Firm Candidate will be drafting a lot of business correspondence, communicating regularly with clients in a friendly and professional manner, managing a client spreadsheet, etc; and providing high legal support to several attorneys. Must have: Bachelor s degree or equivalent. 7+ years' experience as a Senior Paralegal. Management experience. Experience preparing NIV/IV Petitions (Primarily: Es, Hs, Ls, EB-1C, EB-2 & EB-3 PERMs and TNs) is a must. Willing to take direction and offer solutions as needed. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Detail oriented, team player. Ability to take direction and offer relevant solutions as needed. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent Organization and time management skills. Familiarity with office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, multi-line phones, fax machines, and personal computers (efficiency with Apple computers is a must - this is a MAC office.). Proficiency with Gmail and Google Calendar, and experience with file sharing applications (Dropbox) as well as MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
