Employment Law Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: drafting / editing / reviewing demand letters, complaints, motions, and other pleadings; drafting / editing / reviewing discovery requests and responses; drafting / editing / reviewing legal briefs and internal memos; making court appearances in both state and federal court; communicating with and updating clients / preparing clients for depositions, etc.; resolving cases through settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, etc.; taking and defending depositions; and calendar and deadline management. Must be a litigation attorney with 1-3 years of experience in wage and hour / employment law litigation. Experience as a defense attorney is acceptable as well.
